Les pantoufles sont très jolies, confortables et chaudes. Par contre, je croyais que la boutique était à Montréal mais comme la livraison a pris quelques semaines à être complétée, j'ai bien vu que ce n'était pas le cas. La compagnie de livraison ne donne aucune information sur le lieu de départ, ni du cheminement du colis. Aucune idée où c'est rendu ni quand ça va arriver. Le colis a été silencieusement déposé sur notre perron à dix heures du soir. J'ai déjà rempli ce questionnaire avec photo, mais la boutique ne semble pas s'en rendre compte puisque c'est la deuxième fois qu'on me relance sur le sujet malgré que la première fois je leur ai dit que j'avais rempli le sondage. Donc, pantoufles : 5 étoiles. Le reste : 1 (parce que je suis de bonne humeur ce matin).
With the Mail strike they did take longer to come than usual &weren’t here for Christmas …but I love them so cushy and warm …I bought a pair for daughter as well and she Loves them, so I have already ordered a pair for my granddaughter …customer care was so on it I appreciate the help and emails
Quick and easy process, slippers true to size although a tad big across top to foot but that just means I can get fluffy socks on as well
