Hi, the actual product is great, but the delivery was very slow. Ordered on the 4th December and arrived on the 23rd December - 19 days later. Team very responsive to queries about the delivery time, but basically had no more information than was available via the tracking feature on the website. The quote in the response was "We would like to inform you that our average processing time is 1-3 business days, and the delivery time of all our Nordic Peace orders (going to UK locations) is 4-10 business days." - which it clearly missed!
