The items took a long time to arrive, however, when they did I was pretty pleased. These were bought as a gift for my mother. I was a little concerned about the sizes of the utensils, but my mom said they were great. I just hope they hold up for a long time.
I was worried it wouldn't come on time, but after I contacted the company it came in the next few days. Very nice and comes with a holder for the utensils. My daughter is looking forward to using them.
The product is made well but the shipping experience was terrible. I ordered this on12/11/25 and I didn't receive the product until 1/3/26. My suggestion, if you think you want to order something from this site, take into consideration, you might not receive it for 3 weeks or longer.
Took a while to arrive from placing order. On the whole I like the look and feel of the set. Unfortunately not all the handle sleeves feel secure and a couple slip on the metal handle.
It would be great if you could include a photo of it being setup. Like what is the purpose of the setup of the piece of black thing that have things to put untinsel in.
This was a Christmas gift for my son and he is very happy with it. I do not have a picture to attach since it is in his home not mine.
It did take longer than expected to be delivered and arrived after Christmas which was a little disappointing.

It arrived very late. Two days after Christmas. The box was damaged, but the utensils looked okay. It was a gift for my future daughter in law and I felt awful that not only was it late, the box looked damaged.
