    After placing an order, how can I track my order? You have two options:

    If you've received a damaged product, here's what you can do:

    We provide free reshipments for any defective or damaged products upon receipt. You have 25 days from the delivery date to let us know about the issue. Please contact us at and include clear images or videos of the damaged product.

    I have entered an incorrect address what do I do?

    If you've entered an incorrect address, please get in touch with us at without delay. Please be aware that once your order has been processed, it won't be feasible to modify the address, cancel the order, or provide a refund. To avoid such issues, ensure that you enter the correct address when placing your order.

    Can I cancel my order?

    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team at as soon as possible. However, if your order has already been processed, we won't be able to cancel it.

    My tracking is not updating, what can I do? 

    If your tracking hasn't updated since you placed your order or has stopped updating for more than 10 days, there's no need to worry. Your order is neither lost nor forgotten. It's possible that our tracking platform  is experiencing some issues displaying your courier information. You can resolve this by reaching out to our support team at for personalized assistance with tracking your Nordic Peace parcels.

      I ordered multiple packages, but only received one. What is happening?

      Please be patient as the rest of your shipment will arrive shortly. You can track each package of your order on our tracking platform or get in touch with our customer service experts at for personalized assistance.

      How many days do I have to initiate a return? 

      You have up to 15 days (from the moment your order is delivered) to notify us of any issues with your order and initiate a return. Please follow the Return Policy instructions and eligibility requirements before contacting us for a return address.

      What Should I Do if My Order Is Marked as Delivered but I Haven’t Received It?

      If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

      1. Reach Out to Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at When you contact us, please provide your current address so we can compare it with the order information. We will also provide you with your tracking number and local carrier contact information.
      2. Investigation: We will contact your local carrier and open a Help and Service request to help retrieve the package. Meanwhile, we will invite you to contact your local carrier to confirm non-delivery and explore any pickup solutions if available.
      3. Free Reshipment: If the previous steps do not result in retrieving your package, we will offer a free reshipment of your order. Optional: Provide an alternative address to minimize the chances of this issue recurring.
      4. No Refunds: We typically do not offer refunds for orders marked as delivered. If you have concerns, please contact us to discuss further options.

      I Was Charged Additional Postage Fees. What do I do? 

      At Nordic Peace, we are committed to ensuring a transparent and customer-oriented experience. We cover all postage and shipping fees for our products. However, on rare occasions, carriers (such as USPS) might charge customers additional postage fees at the time of delivery.

      1. Pay the Fee: If you are asked to pay any postage fees upon delivery, please go ahead and pay the amount requested by the carrier.
      2. Get a Receipt: Make sure to obtain a receipt for the payment made.
      3. Contact Us for a Refund: Forward a copy of the receipt to our customer support team at Please include your order number and any relevant details.
      4. Receive Your Refund: Upon verification, we will promptly refund you the amount paid for the additional postage fee.

      We take pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction and transparency. We assure you that you will never be responsible for any unforeseen additional postage fees.

      I have emailed Nordic Peace support but have yet to receive a response after 2 business days of contact. What do I do? 

      Typically, we respond to all emails within 24 hours of receiving your message, though some responses might take longer during holiday periods. If you haven't received a response from our team within 2 business days of contacting us (excluding Sundays), there's a chance we never received your email due to a server error. Emails from Yahoo, AT&T or AOL sometimes encounter issues delivering to our system. If this occurs, please reach out to us via Instagram or Facebook messenger.

      I am hesitant to purchase because I've never framed canvas before. Will it be wrinkly or difficult to frame? Will it lie flat like paper?

      Our canvas prints are easy to frame. Unlike paper prints, canvas prints will regain their original shape after unboxing. The prints are shipped rolled in a heavy-duty tube protector. We recommend unrolling the print and stretching it on a flat surface. If you want to expedite the process, you can place books on the print for immediate flattening.
