Unfortunately, the lampshade arrived squashed, but customer service was extremely responsive and quickly sent a replacement without any hassle. I really appreciated how efficiently they handled the issue. The new shade arrived perfect, and I’m very happy with the overall quality and look of the lamp. This lamp is lovely, really well made and adds a lovely glow to a dark corner. I like how you can switch between a warm white and bright white glow . It was packaged really well too so no dents in the shade when it arrived . Great value for the cost.
The Nordic lamp is beautiful. I love how easy it is to use and how little space it takes up. In the evening I turn on the low light by easily touching the button and it creates calm and peaceful atmosphere. I love the fact it has no cord!

Great lamp, but would have preferred to see some kind of lid or cover on the top. It projects a large light circle on the ceiling which I don't like. Just a design suggestion? How can I fix that now that I have it?
For the most part happy with is product. I purchased 3. I was a bit concerned that I didn’t get shipping updates for sometime. But it’s a busy time of year and the lamps eventually got here. One lamp was a tiny bit crushed but not a big issue. I love the design and ease of use. Just wish the charge would last a bit longer. But all in all I’m pleased to have ‘mood’ lighting in places I’d not had it before.
Lamp is cute and small, looks good anywhere you place it. The charge lasts quite a long time and I like the different tones and brightness. But the quality is not great. The bottom bulges out and even though I press it back in, pops out again. Because the lamp is so light, it tilts to the side and just looks wobbly and flimsy. For the price I don't know that I'd recommend it.
